Exhibitors

OACRAO has a membership base of more than 500 individuals. Our conference event prepares an environment to offer less external distractions while supporting more interaction. OACRAO members represent public and private colleges and universities in Ohio, including liberal arts, state universities and community and technical colleges. Attendees will largely include registrars, admissions officers, and enrollment managers.

Exhibitors are Corporate Members of OACRAO and are partners in the success of our organization and its mission. Corporate Members are extremely involved in OACRAO's annual conference as exhibitors, sponsors, and presenters. Thursday of each conference is dedicated as exhibitor day in which our corporate members present their goods and services at informational booths. Exhibitors also have the opportunity to present educational sessions as a part of the programming to highlight their products and services to attendees during sessions on Thursday.

We encourage you to join us as an exhibitor at our annual conference to demonstrate how your product is applicable to registrar, admissions, and enrollment management needs and those of our clientele. The fee also includes a corporate membership in OACRAO that provides exhibitors with access to the online membership directory, the newsletter, and other miscellaneous membership benefits.

Conference Tables

Each exhibitor will be provided with a table and chair(s) for their company. Tables are available to the exhibitor on Thursday, October 15, 2026. Exhibitors can set up their tables on Wednesday, evening, October 14, 2026, after 8 p.m. Tables will be assigned and will have a sign on the table. Tables will have electricity. We strongly encourage  those with significant WiFi needs to bring a hot spot. OACRAO cannot guarantee the WiFi at the conference sit.

Conference Presentations

Given the limited number of session slots available, we are asking exhibitors interested in presenting to submit a session proposal. After all proposals are received, the top proposals will be selected, and the submitters will be notified of their selection with instructions on how to confirm and pay for the timeslot. Priority will be given to partner presentations with representatives from Ohio schools.

Conference Sponsorship Opportunities

In lieu of traditional sponsorship opportunities like receptions and merchandise, exhibitors will now have an option that focuses on supporting education. They will have an opportunity to sponsor a scholarship that will be given out to a student at one of our institutions through OACRAO’s scholarship process. Sponsors will also be recognized at the Business meeting on Thursday. Multiple levels are available which also include other benefits to the exhibitor:

Silver for $250: Vendor logo will be printed on conference materials.

Gold for $500: Vendor logo will be printed on conference materials, a flyer will be included in welcome packet for all attendees (these must arrive at Deer Creek by Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 10 a.m.), and you will be a session sponsor for one OACRAO member-presented conference session.

Platinum for $1,000: Vendor logo will be printed on conference materials, a flyer will be included in welcome packet for all attendees (these must arrive at Deer Creek by by Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 10 a.m.), you will be a session sponsor for two OACRAO member-presented conference sessions.
