OACRAO Summer Institute 

This workshop is open to all members, as the focus is on growing in leadership and strengthening our professional practice across the division. While it is especially beneficial for those newer to the profession, it is designed to provide meaningful value to staff all experience levels.

The workshop offers an affordable and accessible professional development opportunity for individuals who may not be able to attend out-of-state training. Current and past Board members will provide meaning instruction and share practice insights. Participants will also have opportunities to build informal connections in a relaxed and engaging environment.
